My name is Jo - I run Serenity Massage Therapies. My massage business has just won an award from FRESHA .

I am based in Axbridge and offer my services to many Airbnbs/holiday lodges in the area, including Cheddar Woods, Strawberry Fields in Draycott as well as the stunning Winscombe Court near by


I retrained in therapeutic massage nearly 10 years ago to help provide effective treatments for individuals with muscular pain and stress.

Venues we frequently work at include Cheddar Woods Resort & Spa, Strawberry Fields in Draycott, Torr Farm Lodges, Mendip House, Compton House, Winscombe Court, and numerous Airbnbs/lodges in the local area. Let us know where you are staying, and we'll do our best to get you booked in. 


We do offer shorter sessions for larger groups, starting at 20 minutes per person—please drop us a message with your requirements, and we will do our best to help.

Ultimate Muscle Tension Releasing Combination - The ultimate way to relax and unwind.Hot stones are massaged firmly into the back, neck, and shoulders to  loosen up tight, sore muscles, preparing them for deeper hands-on targeted work to eliminate knots and tightness. This is followed by a lovely pain-easing neck, hair, and scalp massage. Our signature massage and well-being treatment features uplifting oils that combine deep tissue and Swedish techniques to ease muscle tightness and energize or relax the body. This approach is not as targeted or firm as traditional deep tissue massage, which focuses on specific problematic areas that need attention.

Enjoy a zesty Espa hot cloth cleanse, followed by a mild ESPA enzyme peel exfoliator, then a rose jelly brightening mask. Enjoy a hair & scalp massage, theb Rose & nutrient rich carrot oil is applied to the face, neck & decolletage where you'll then have a luxurious facial lift  and muscle relaxing massage - which will leave your skin glowing.  Finally glow up serums & moisturisers are applied

Myofascial Release/Soft Tissue Therapy

Myofascial release therapy is a type of very slow, gentle, constant massage that promotes serenity, massage, and well-being by releasing tightness and pain throughout your myofascial tissues. Trigger points, knots, and adhesions in your fascial tissues are identified, and then gentle pressure is applied until you feel the tension release.

Pregnancy Massage - for pregnant mums & those with newborns

Pregnancy massage, treatment is provided  in safe positions for both baby and mum-to-be, primarily with the client lying on their left side. The focus areas include the back, neck, and shoulders, with optional attention to the legs and feet. You will be comfortably covered and supported as needed.

Experience the ultimate pampering  with our 2 hour well being session, including dry body brushing, a soothing body massage with hot stones, an rejuvenating Espa facial, a relaxing foot massage, and a hair & scalp massage with or without oil, complemented by a scalp brush massager.

Weekend Appts are available on request for couples/small groups

If you'd like a couples pamper session or have 2 or more people on a Saturday/Sunday, our garden therapy space can be used. You are welcome to relax here with drinks . 60 Minute Lymphatic Drainage Massage

This massage is designed to promote the movement of stagnant lymph fluid, reduce puffiness and water retention, and enhance the immune system's functioning. Through body brushing and soft, fluid movements using Bellabaci cups, along with featherlight hands-on pressure, we stimulate lymphatic flow. If desired, you can add extra time for this service in the add-ons.
